Text, images, designs, branding, interfaces, and data published on the platform belong to WherePlace or their licensed owners. They may not be copied, republished, or commercially reused without prior written permission.

Brands and logos

The WherePlace name, logo, and related marks must not be used in a way that suggests an official partnership or endorsement without express permission.

Submitted materials

Anyone providing content confirms that they hold the rights needed for publication and grants the platform permission to display it for property marketing and service delivery.

Reporting infringement

Suspected infringements can be reported through the complaints page with a clear description of the material and evidence of the claimed right.
